Characteristics
This machine is the exclusive 4-spindle equipment used for the processing of an automobile steering rack bar. The loading and unloading processes as well as the clamping process are automatically executed. The remaining cutting oil is separated from the chips discharged by the chip conveyor through the automatic centrifuge prior to the discharging process. According to the level of processing of the structure, it can be classified into the fixed type and the rotating type for manufacturing. The level of automation must be discussed with customers.
